Additionally, Applicant agrees that none of the above named entities shall be liable for personal injury to Applicant or Applicant's associates; loss or damage to goods or property of the Applicant and shall hold the collective, all sponsors, and their affiliates harmless from all claims, including cancellations due to inclement weather or acts of God. Reserves the right to refusal of application and/or expulsion from the event without recourse or refund.

Poise and talent! Young gentlemen and ladies Ages 3-19 learn poise, courtesy and exhibit their talents for awards and recognition.
Tickets: $8 ....Contestant Entry/Registration Fee: $35... Application
Youths ages 5-19 compete for the Emancipation Park “Freedom Awards”
Entry Fees… Individual: $10; Group of 2-10: $25; Group of 11 or more: $50. Application

The Houston Sun’s Emancipation Avenue Juneteenth Parade
LOCATION:
Emancipation Ave between Wheeler and Tuam
The 2019 Parade begans at 2pm on Saturday, June 15th.
Staging on Wheeler Avenue at Emancipation Avenue, proceeds west on Wheeler Avenue, north on Emancipation Avenue, west on Stuart Street, and concludes on Stuart Street between Bastrop Street and Emancipation Avenue. Staging begins at 1pm on Wheeler Avenue between Ennis Street and Emancipation Avenue and, Ennis Street between Wheeler Avenue and Eagle Street. Disbanding will be at the SW corner of Emancipation Park at Elgin and Hutchins.
